Ready for shipment The system has been designed to eight (8) downhole valves (SSSV) and optional hydraulic supply for several hydraulic operated valves with local controls The Control Panel operates at two (2) pressure levels:     150-200 bar (for optional and future topside valves); 430-470 bar (max 690 bar for SSSV). The hydraulic energy is stored in hydraulic accumulators, mounted in the left section of the panel. The pressures generated by the system are transmitted with Pressure Transmitters to the PLC system

Today finalized three single well control modules (SWCM) with a Hydraulic power unit (HPU)

Our first operational Self contained control System (SCCS) equipped with a LoRa (long range), IoT (Internet of things) system to shutdown the SCCS and monitor pressure from a remote distance trough physical proprietary radio communication technique.

TBT - Field job we have done a few years back for Talisman. First we have supplied all the Superduplex and 6Mo tubing. After that we have welded/ installed everything on the platform. Well Head Control Panel (WHCP) is installed offshore at the mouth of the Andoni River on platform Tubu in a water depth of approximately twenty-five (25) ft. The final well locations are to a measured depth of between 8,500 and 13,000 feet below the surface and up to 8,000 feet horizontally from the platform. The WHCP is designed to operate 10 wells with water glycol the following valves are installed in the WHCP (all operated through RTU Modbus)   6x Downhole valve 517 bar / 7500 Psi 6x Master valve 241 Bar / 3500 psi 6x Wing valve 241 Bar / 3500 psi 8x ESDV and SDV 241 Bar / 3500 psi

Currently we are working on an Antifoam Injection System in our workshop in the Netherlands. This unit consist of a 2.5 m2 tank where the end user Gulf Keystone Petroleum will add antifoam to a medium which prevents foam formation.
