🌟 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿: 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 Tim Kalloch’𝘀 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗻𝗶𝗰! 🚀 My journey with Picnic began quite unexpectedly – as a satisfied customer. 🛒 My family and I were regularly delivered by the friendly Picnic Runners, whose positive energy delighted us every time. After a conversation with my wife, I decided: Why not become part of this team myself? From the very first day of my onboarding as a Runner, I knew I had made the right decision. The freedom and trust I experience daily are what make my work at Picnic so special. Whether it's the flexible working hours or the after-work beer with colleagues after an intense day – the mix of responsibility and team spirit creates an atmosphere that motivates me every day. After only four months as a runner, I felt ready to take on more responsibility. My supervisor convinced me that I would be a perfect fit as a Hub Lead – and so began an exciting journey 🎯 I had the opportunity to build a new hub from scratch, assemble furniture, mark locations, plan the layout, and hire and train every single Runner. In parallel, I participated in several nationwide projects, trained other Hub Leads, and oversaw multiple hubs simultaneously. I am especially proud of the talent development within our team. One trainee, whom I guided from Runner to becoming the first Hub Supervisor in Germany, is a particular highlight of my career 🚀 Thank you, Picnic, for the opportunity to grow every day with a fantastic team and for the trust you have given me over the years.

I dash to the gate, hoping to greet the Picnic runners with cuddles. And if my family has ordered one of the delicious treats from the Picnic store, it’s a double win for me!'
