𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗨𝗽 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸... 🧼 It’s hard to believe a month has already passed since over 400 of our colleagues joined forces for a cleaner and more sustainable workplace! Plato Clean up Week was packed with impactful activities that truly made a difference! From hitting the streets to collect litter to tidying up our offices, every effort counted. One of the highlights? Our 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! A space where colleagues dropped off items they no longer needed, allowing other colleagues to find new treasures. It was all about giving these items a second life, reducing waste, and conserving valuable resources. ♻️💚 But the best part? 𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿! Colleagues from all over Europe rolled up their sleeves and got involved, with each office adding its own unique touch. For example, our Copenhagen team decided to skip the Donation Station and instead collected items to donate to the local homeless café. After weeks of hard work to ensure a seamless transition, the move was celebrated last Friday with a gathering of colleagues who came together to admire the beautifully decorated office. 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲: 🌍 Did you know that the new office is only a 4 minute walk from the old office building? 🛠️ The office has been completely renovated and adapted to our specific needs! 🧩 Each brand has its own work area within the office, which offers the best of both worlds: the opportunity to work together and the maintenance of individual work areas! We wish our German team an amazing start in their new office space!

Representing different countries, brands and offices, our new team members gathered at our headquarters in Helmond to immerse themselves in the world of Plato Group! 🌍 We started the day by getting to know each other better and delving deeper into the essence of Plato Group. Our new colleagues explored our production areas, attended interesting presentations of our brands, enjoyed a delicious lunch and took part in a fun game about our corporate values. Ready to make a difference? This week is Clean Up Week! From 16 to 20 September, we are committed to a cleaner and better working environment. During Clean Up Week, we will organise three activities to contribute to both the environment and our workplace: 🚶♀️ Clean up lunch walk : Together, we will keep our surroundings clean by picking up litter during lunch breaks. Also it's a great way to get some fresh air during the workday. 💻 Internal cleaning: We clean up our workstations and carry out a digital clean-up to reduce our digital footprint. ❤️ The donation station: We organise a donation station for items employees no longer use. That’s why we’ve dedicated an entire week to making our surroundings cleaner and greener. Welcome to 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻-𝗨𝗽 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸! We kicked things off today with an incredible start! Our teams joined forces for a Clean-Up Lunch Walk, collecting litter from the area while enjoying some fresh air. The results? Let's just say that our trash containers are already starting to pile up with bags and bags of litter. What a way to begin! 💪 And there’s more! We’ve also set up The Donation Station, where colleagues can drop off items they no longer need—from home accessories to books and office supplies. It’s all about giving these items a second life, reducing waste, and conserving valuable resources. For us, the Sustainable Spark is more than an initiative. It's a movement, a promise to ourselves and our planet. It means that in everything we do, big or small, we keep sustainability in mind. Why? Because we believe that even small steps can make a big difference! 🌱 As part of The Sustainable Spark, we kicked off with a successful Bike to Work Day in May. Now, with autumn approaching, we're excited to announce the next initiative: from September 16 to 20, The Sustainable Spark will host Plato's first-ever 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗨𝗽 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸!
