RapAgra is a new company that created an app where the chance and impact of diseases are calculated based on plant health. There are several levels of accuracy, depending on the need. We base the results of our algorithms on common practice and endless validations. The results show a systematic approach for monitoring and pro-actively handling crops while yield-lowering disease pressures have not yet arrived. This is what data-driven decision making does and can do for farmers by www.rapagra.nl Calculation of a plot with organic bio-stimulant (www.rebearth.eu) versus chemical fertilizer usage on a two rice plots next to each other in Kenya. The stress tells the farmer to act. We embed the advice in our app on what to do. The second is the biomass difference between two relatively similar fields. Result is one field with 13 bags more rice than the other. Really cool!!
