How to become the next General Manager? 👩💻 “How to become the next General Manager?” – that was the theme of the event organised by Dutch Women in Tech in collaboration with us on September 16. Why this topic? Because the tech sector offers endless opportunities, yet women are still underrepresented. The central question of the evening was: how can women in tech make the leap to leadership positions? In an interactive session filled with practical tips, personal experiences, and exercises, the ambition of the women present was ignited. The goal was clear: to show that big dreams are achievable, as long as you are willing to take action and persevere. The result? An evening that not only inspired but also provided concrete tools for anyone looking to take their career to the next level. The results of the pilot are impressing: It cut waiting times by 50%—a game-changer for patient care. 🚑 Here’s how we did it:  - The bot was built with Azure AI Studio and GPT-4  - We trained the bot using specific guidelines to classify emergency calls accurately.  - The bot understands and speaks Dutch, even with various dialects!
