Nano-Engineered Phosphors at Palm Springs Forum! Join us on October 23rd as Marie Anne van de Haar and Federico Montanarella present our advancements in nano-engineered narrow-band phosphors for LED applications at the upcoming Phosphor and Quantum Dots Forum in Palm Springs. Our research focuses on enhancing the efficiency of white LEDs while maintaining a high Color Rendering Index (CRI). Although Eu3+-doped phosphors are ideal emitters, their application has been limited due to low absorption in the blue spectral region. Recently our Junior Scientist, Liselotte Nass, has co-authored a charming children's book titled Met mama naar Mars! 🚀 Liselotte's passion for science and storytelling has resulted in this wonderful book, that brings adventure and education to young readers. As a part of ASML scholarship program, she participated in a project to make technology appealing for the youth. This book is a wonderful way to inspire future generations of scientists. Recently jens vroman, a chemistry student from Ghent University, has successfully completed his internship with our Materials team.
