The SoluForce system is part of the extensive hydrogen project 'Duwaal, from wind to wheel'. The aim of the project is to make hydrogen available for transport at a cost comparable to diesel. To achieve this, the entire hydrogen chain is being built. Our part is to transport hydrogen from the @ HYGRO hydrogen windmill to the @ AVIA Marees fuel station. The SoluForce Hydrogen Tight pipeline will be installed over this 5 kilometre distance to ensure a safe and sustainable connection. Later, hydrogen distribution to other fuel stations, construction sites, farmers and various customers is planned. HYGRO is now conducting a feasibility study to that end. However, a wind turbine equipped with an electrolyzer for hydrogen production should be operational by 2025. Find out more about this project on our website 👉 https://lnkd.in/ebi28YWi.

The main advantage of SoluForce Hydrogen Tight is that the system has four times lower Total Cost of Ownership compared to alternatives. It also has up to four times lower CO2 eq. footprint! If that’s not enough, it’s also flexible, quick to install, and resistant to hydrogen embrittlement and corrosion. These unique properties make it the ideal solution for accelerating local hydrogen distribution in a fast, flexible, and cost-efficient way. Take a look at a typical application of SoluForce for hydrogen transport! Our solution will be used to build an infrastructure to distribute green hydrogen produced by wind mills in the North Sea. Together with Groningen Seaports, we developed a Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe system that can handle pressures up to 52 bar and will transport the hydrogen to chemical and industrial companies in the region. This project is a big step towards making industry in the northern Netherlands greener and more sustainable. And as SoluForce, we're pleased that the ease of deployment and low installation costs of our solution make this green step possible.

A consortium of three Dutch companies—HYGRO, SoluForce , and DEBCO—has entered into a strategic partnership with Egypt's Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE) to develop and distribute green hydrogen. Building on the success of the Dutch project Duwaal Wind to Wheel, this new initiative will also incorporate solar energy to create a sustainable hydrogen ecosystem in Egypt. Supported by the Dutch government’s financial backing (RVO), the consortium signed a cooperation agreement with SCZONE to explore the feasibility of replicating the Dutch Duwaal project at one of SCZONE’s ports. The project’s innovative 'Hub iBundle and Satellite' strategy integrates wind and solar power with electrolysis for hydrogen production. The hydrogen is transported through pipelines to a central hub, stored, and distributed to satellite fuelling stations using iBundles, enabling hydrogen mobility across the region.
