𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐣𝐨𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦! 👋 Colleen Malcom is a valued Project Manager at Tjoapack, known for her strong organizational skills and commitment to driving projects forward. She graduated from Charleston Southern University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a minor in Mathematics. After graduating, she moved to Knoxville and began her career as a metals analyst at Galbraith Laboratories, where she was responsible for preparing and analyzing samples. She later transitioned into their Quality Assurance (QA) department, gaining valuable experience in quality control processes.    In 2022, Colleen joined Tjoapack as a Validation Engineer, leveraging her expertise in pharmaceutical and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environments. By December 2023, her talent and dedication led her to her current role as a Project Manager.    As a Project Manager, Colleen oversees the onboarding of new products, ensuring her team efficiently completes their tasks and maintains project timelines. She plays a key role in coordinating between clients and colleagues to meet targeted launch dates. Additionally, she supports the Business Development team by developing pricing models and creating quotations for new business opportunities.    ✨ FunFact: Colleen has a passion for learning, and one of her favorite hobbies is exploring the world of wine. Her stepfather, a sommelier, introduced her to the art of appreciating wine varietals and understanding their nuances.
