These initiatives aim to support academic start-ups, foster a #innovation culture, and enhance #technology transfer. The EIR program at TU/e features experienced entrepreneurs who share valuable insights and guidance. Some of the current EIRs include Carmen van Vilsteren, Erik-Jan van der Linden, Maurice de Rochemont, Hugo de Haan MSc MBA, Francesco Pessolano, Daan A.J. Kersten. These entrepreneurs provide coaching and mentoring to students, researchers, and start-ups looking to bring their high-tech innovations to market.
