    Where growth and digital transformation meet: Swiss Sense’s journey towards composable commerce 🛏️ Swiss Sense specializes in high-quality beds, mattresses and bedding. With 125+ physical shops and a webshop, they are a major player in the European market and are growing rapidly in terms of revenue and staff. Growth comes with its own set of challenges, however. When existing systems and customizations can’t keep up, the signs are there: Swiss Sense faced high management costs, labor-intensive content management and technical blockers that impacted conversion. Swiss Sense decided on a new course and decided: “If we’re going to do this, let’s do it right.” They found a reliable partner in Vaimo. After Discovery, we decided on a composable action plan with a combination of: - Contentstack CMS, - Alokai (React-based) for the front end, - Algolia search and recommendation, - and Adobe Commerce. The composable transformation had an immediate and impressive result: - Their teams now work faster and more efficiently thanks to a headless CMS. - Web vitals improved, which is the biggest indicator of improved performance. - Fewer maintenance costs mean there’s room for innovation. And the best part? The human side of this composable journey. Despite the project's complexity, the Swiss Sense and Vaimo teams showed incredible ownership and dedication. Their drive has made all the difference because even the best tech is nothing without the right people behind it.

    Yesterday’s Adobe Experience Makers Forum in Copenhagen was a fantastic success, filled with inspiring presentations, engaging conversations, and a full house of attendees! I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us for this impactful day. A huge thank you to Marie Louise Bouchet for her outstanding job as moderator and to Franck Attia for delivering an insightful Adobe keynote that set the stage for the day. Thank you to Dana Icikzone and Kalle Heinonen for your AI showcase on stage. A thanks to Christian Barnes for putting generative AI into perspective with actionable steps, and to Jan Damsgaard from CBS for sharing how AI is already transforming universities, companies, and students alike. We were honored to have Simon Murray lead the finance track, exploring customer experience in financial services, and Jo O’Connor and Quentin Derome dive into CX strategies in retail and manufacturing, respectively. And to Jeppe Lange, thank you for closing the day with an inspiring keynote on AI that left us with plenty to reflect on. To our amazing customer speakers speaking at our three industry focused breakouts Finance, Manufacturing and Retail: Danske Bank, Swedbank, Volvo Trucks, Bauhaus Nordic, Ericsson and Pandora—thank you for sharing your journeys and strategies around personalization at scale, omnichannel engagement, customer insights, and visions for the future.
