A new project is being developed for tomato grower Lans in Dinteloord. In collaboration with A1, we have supplied double screens of our most advanced screen system for Venlo greenhouses, the screen system ValkScreenVision 2.0. The system is renowned for its durability and efficiency. Additionally, it provides precise climate control, which not only optimizes energy consumption but also improves crop yield. With the ValkScreenVision 2.0, the screen cloth can be fitted later just before cultivation, keeping the screen cloth clean. Including the ValkStabiMax hinge that ensures a very strong connection between the ValkPushRods and ValkDriveTube. The quality of the ventilation mechanism is a key factor in creating the right growing conditions, and therefore also for crop yield and energy costs. The functionality and sophisticated design of each of the separate components is extremely important for aspects such as durability, installation speed, and affordability. And it also helps prevent wear, light loss, and maintenance costs. The ValkTrussRail system has meanwhile more than proven itself on all these counts. A unique component of this ventilation mechanism is the ValkStabiMax. This innovative system, based on the ValkScreenVision technology, provides numerous benefits, including increased light gains, enhanced smoothness, and quicker installation times. Its standout feature is its future-proof design. 🚀 The screen profile in this system allows for attaching the screen cloth with traditional cloth clips, but is also ready for an advanced screen insertion system using cloth strips. In the future, leafy vegetables will be grown in this greenhouse.   The ValkTrussRail is designed to keep ventilation windows perfectly aligned and ensures highly uniform ventilation openings, which is essential for consistent climate control in greenhouses. The system is fully calculated for each situation. The ValkTrussRail offers several advantages, including moisture control under the screen and improved CO² management through the possibility of natural ventilation.
