In a fortnight you can find VDL Fibertech Industries BV at the Precision Fair, here we will proudly showcase some of our technologies and our progress with products made from recycled glass fibres. These recycled products are produced in cooperation with the European MC4 Project, Multi-level circular process chain for carbon and glass fibre composites. In this project, our short-term goal is to research and produce new products made from shredded glass fibres. Visit our stand and discover the possibilities. We will be here at the fair on 13 and 14 November at stand 356.

❓ Did you know that 98% of #carbon fibre and #glass fibre reinforced composites end up in landfills at the end of their lives and that 80% of these virgin fibres come from outside of Europe? The growing need to react and find more #circular #European solutions is what started the MC4 project. ♻ 💡 The MC4 project aims at establishing a multi-level circular process for carbon and glass fibre composites. These processes will be giving to the European industry the means to master and own its patented performant and economically realistic manufacturing processes of #recycled materials. After a nice holiday period, we are back in full swing this week as VDL Fibertech Industries. But not everyone with us was able to take a holiday, a selected group has been working hard!  They have made great progress in finishing the so-called HVL (High Volume Line). Together with VDL Konings, we are finalising this line.  We like to keep you up to date with a little teaser. Keep a close eye on our LinkedIn to see the progress.
