Estimados clientes y amigos nos complace compartir esta gran noticia, Blasting Experts Inc. ha sido seleccionado para el suministro de una Máquina Granalladora Automática de Gran Capacidad y una Cabina de Pintura Automática, para el proyecto de modernización y ampliación del astillero SIMA PERÚ Callao Perú; uno de los más grandes de Latinoamérica y líder en la construcción de proyectos en la industria naval.
El proyecto envuelve la ampliación del astillero en el Callao del SIMA en el que está planeado la fabricación de 4 barcos, un Buque multi Rol, Buque de Patrulla Oceánica y dos Buques auxiliares de Transporte Logístico y la construcción de otras grandes embarcaciones. Empresas internacionales como Hyundai, van a participar a liderar la ampliación de este astillero y los equipos de Blasting Experts van a contribuir para este gran proyecto.
El suministro cubre una maquina granalladora de 8 turbinas de gran capacidad para limpiar placas de hasta 3.2 metros de ancho por 14 metros de longitud en ambas caras y toda clase de perfiles estructurales utilizados para la fabricación de barcos, también está incluido el suministro de una cabina de pintura automática, la cual recibe las placas recién granalladas y hace la aplicación automática del primer correspondiente por ambas caras. Con este proyecto nos convertimos en la empresa líder en Latinoamérica como solución para los astilleros en toda la región.
