Last week in our coding dojo, we delved into Mob Programming (also known as ensemble or team programming). We had two teams solving a coding Kata. In the words of Woody Zuill: "Brilliant minds working together on the same thing, at the same time, in the same space, and at the same computer." It was fascinating to see how a group of Software Engineers from diverse backgrounds, who had never worked together before, quickly became a cohesive team to tackle the problem at hand. This experience underscores how working in the same room and on the same computer can significantly enhance collaboration and teamwork. The objective of our next coding dojo session (August 22) is to explore new and alternative ways of building software and to gain a greater appreciation for the tools we have at our disposal. When developing software, we often rely on various tools and frameworks to build solutions for customers. But what happens when we can´t use what we know?
