🙋♀️🙋♂️ On October 7th and 8th, the third edition of our Empty Seat Kaizen Training took place at Wittur Italy in Colorno, focusing on the new Continuous Improvement Recruitment Process and our commitment to developing internal talents. A cross-functional team of colleagues participated to learn how to apply the Kaizen mindset to everyday office tasks. With the guidance of the Kaizen Institute Italy, we explored ways to enhance job vacancy processes with simple yet effective steps. 📢 Wittur Hungary set a new record of accident-free days! The longest period without an accident at WHU was 279 days, but they surpassed that milestone. Every day since 20.09.2024 has been a new record! 👷♀️👷♂️ This achievement is a testament to their employees' collective efforts: without the entire team's attention and commitment, this result would not have been possible. The leadership thanks everyone for their dedication to creating a safe working environment. However, there is always room for safety improvement. Employees are encouraged to report any situation where health and safety measures could be enhanced, or where risks could be reduced. 💡 Wittur Türkiye has recently celebrated the successful implementation of 10 outstanding suggestions through the ongoing employees’ Suggestion System launched this year. ✅ So far, 113 suggestion forms have been submitted; out of these, 19 were accepted, and 12 successfully implemented. The suggestions focused on improving work ergonomics, reducing occupational health and safety (OHS) risks, and streamlining operation times. 👏 We extend our heartfelt thanks to all employees who contributed their valuable insights, as well as to the Suggestion Evaluation Team, who diligently reviewed these ideas and to the colleagues who took on the responsibility of leading the implementation process. #Wittur #ElevatorIndustry #ContinuousImprovement
