This world constantly pushes us to do more, be more, and go faster, and due to that, burnout has become all too common—especially for women who often carry multiple roles. Microdosing can be a powerful tool for slowing down, finding balance, and reconnecting with ourselves amidst the hustle. In our experience, microdosing allows for gentle shifts in awareness, helping us tune into our bodies, emotions, and needs. It creates a space for reflection and self-care, encouraging us to step off the hamster wheel and realign with what truly matters. Plant medicine reminds us that healing doesn’t always happen in big leaps—it can be found in the small, intentional pauses. How has microdosing helped you slow down and restore balance in your life?

While plant medicines have profound effects on individual healing, their true power lies in their potential to contribute to collective healing. As more women embark on these journeys, they bring back insights, growth, and healing that ripple out into their families, communities, and beyond. In our experience, women who heal themselves often feel called to create safe spaces for others, to hold space for their healing, or to advocate for change in their communities. Psychedelics give us the ability to step outside of ourselves and see the bigger picture—how our healing contributes to the healing of the world. The ripple effect of one woman’s healing can be felt far beyond herself. Plant medicine is not only a personal journey but a collective one, supporting a shift toward greater compassion, empathy, and connection. What impact has your healing had on those around you? Let’s honor the collective healing we’re all contributing to. Artwork: Shontel Anestasia

Did you know that your dreams and psychedelic experiences share more than meets the eye? Both open doors to the subconscious, giving us a glimpse into hidden layers of the self and offering tools for personal transformation. In this article, the author Abigail Morrissey dives into the unique ways these states mirror each other and explores how interpreting dreams can even prepare you for a deeper psychedelic journey. If you’re curious about the connection between these realms and the wisdom they hold, give this piece a read to learn how both can support your path to self-awareness, healing, and growth. https://lnkd.in/eYDRyFxi

One of the most beautiful aspects of plant medicines is how they deepen our connection to nature. These sacred plants come from the Earth and, through them, we are often reminded of our interconnectedness with all living things. Research into psychedelics has shown that they can increase feelings of empathy and prosocial behavior, fostering stronger community bonds and a desire to contribute to collective well-being. Many women report that after a psychedelic experience, they feel a renewed sense of respect and love for the natural world. This connection can be a powerful tool for healing- not only on an individual level but collectively, as we reawaken our responsibility to care for the planet. From the indigenous traditions that have worked with these medicines for thousands of years, we learn the importance of reciprocity with nature. The Earth provides us with healing, and in return, we are called to honor and protect her. Have you noticed a deeper connection to nature after your journeys? Share your reflections with us.

Plant medicine journeys can be profound and even life-changing, but it’s critical to feel safe and supported. Research shows that having a guide or space that prioritizes trauma-informed care—especially for women—can make a huge difference in the healing process. For us, creating the right container means everything. Trauma-informed psychedelic spaces often include practices like pre- and post-journey integration, emotional support, and consent-based facilitation—important for women processing trauma. If you’re looking to embark on this journey, choose spaces that honor your boundaries and support your emotional and physical safety. Ask yourself: does this space make me feel seen and heard? What’s your non-negotiable when it comes to feeling safe? Artwork: Jasmine Shawnaf

One of the biggest things we've learned in our plant medicine journey and the educational work that we do through WOOP is that the real work happens after the ceremony. Integration, the process of applying the insights from your journey to your everyday life, is where lasting change takes root. For us, journaling after a plant medicine experience helps us reflect on what we’ve learned. We also encourage women who journey with us to practice mindful movement or talk to a trusted friend about their insights. It’s about taking the revelations and making them part of your reality. Did you know integration can be supported through therapy, art, community-sharing circles, and even yoga? It’s an ongoing process that strengthens the healing and growth you started in the ceremony. How do you integrate your experiences?

Setting an intention is more than just stating a desire—it's about aligning your inner world with the journey ahead. In psychedelic experiences, your intention acts as an anchor, helping you navigate the unknown. But how do you know if your intention is coming from the heart or from what you think you "should" be working on? 🌿✨ In the Conscious Tripping Program, we explore practical ways to craft and refine your intentions — honoring both the conscious desires and deeper whispers of your being. Do you set an intention before entering a transformative experience? What's been your experience with it? See more about our program here https://lnkd.in/g7qgwcrj

Many of us are curious about psychedelics but unsure where to begin. Microdosing can be a gentle entry point. Did you know that microdosing doesn’t induce a ‘trip,’ but can improve mood, creativity, and emotional resilience over time? In our experience, microdosing has been like a soft whisper from nature. It helps us stay centered, connected to our intuition, and more compassionate with ourselves. Many women use it to alleviate anxiety, enhance creativity, and improve emotional regulation. Scientific research shows that microdosing can also enhance neuroplasticity, helping to break old mental habits and form new, positive ones. Imagine what could happen when you start each day with a little more clarity and connection. Have you thought about microdosing? What’s holding you back from trying it?
