She highlights the urgency to shift from reaction to ➡️ bold, proactive action 💪 . The industry must embrace regenerative economies, circular systems, and take the lead in financing transformation while confidently adopting new regulatory frameworks. “The fashion industry stands at a crossroads. We have the knowledge, the technology, and the resources to make significant changes. What we need now is the courage to move from reaction to action. World Environmental Education Day 🙌 14th October is the anniversary of the UN Intergovernmental Conference on Environmental Education, organised by UNESCO and UNEP in Tbilisi in 1977. 👏 Meet Helen Longmuir, our Technical Writer. Helen’s favourite part about working for ZDHC is knowing that she is one of the many cogs within a large sustainability machine, a small part of making a large change. ‘ Think of things from the other person's point of view. Put yourself in their shoes.’ Helen’s favourite document is the last one published, therefore at the moment, it is the Commodity Chemical Guide V1.0, published in May 2024. Her  favourite place to be is in her garden, whether that is weeding, planting  or looking after her 3 chickens. 🐣
