We are looking for a Group Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Group Regulatory team in Breda, the Netherlands! The Group Regulatory Affairs Specialist ensures PVM products comply with regulations across all markets. This role is crucial for navigating complex regulations, supporting product development, and ensuring consumer safety.

The operating environment involves complex regulations, cross-functional collaboration, global market trends, consumer expectations, emerging trends, risk management, and ethical considerations.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Submit accurate regulatory dossiers on time for product registrations and approvals
• Labeling and Packaging: Maintain compliance with all labeling and packaging regulations
• Regulation Monitoring: Stay updated on food and labeling regulations and standards
• Labeling File Preparation: Prepare mandatory labeling files using the Regulatory database for both EU and non-EU countries
• Product Compliance: Verify ingredients, nutritional information, raw materials, and product labels to meet national food legislation and standards
• Marketing Collaboration: Provide regulatory advice to Marketing teams for new project development
• Local Team Support: Offer regulatory guidance to the local P&T team
• EU Market Coordination: Collect and coordinate regulatory information to support multi-market efforts in EU territories
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Law, Food Safety, Chemistry or Biology or similar
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality in regulatory documentation and compliance efforts
• Project management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Affinity with sustainability
• Fluent in English. Fluent Dutch is a plus
