(Senior) Engineer Electronic Development

Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands

The company is a leading firm specializing in advanced communication technologies. Their microphone development group, consisting of three experts, collaborates closely with a world leader in MEMS microphones to develop silicon-based sensor technologies. Due to internal shifts, they are looking for a new Senior Engineer to join their team.

As the (Senior) Electronics Engineer, you will maintain and develop the partnership with the MEMS microphone collaborator. This role requires strong knowledge of electronics and experience with silicon elements and ASIC development. While the partner company handles the development, you will act as a sparring partner and ensure the unique product requirements are effectively addressed.

Requirements:

• A hardcore electronics expert with a master's or degree or a bachelor's degree and very strong knowledge in electronics.
• Deep knowledge of electronics, with a willingness to enhance specific MEMS expertise.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in electronic product development.
• Understanding of electronics at the block level and the ability to apply this knowledge to their products.
• Experience in stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Initiative and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
