bryface international music concern One of the most expressive and complex chip albums in my recent memory. It blends aggressively dark industrial rhythms, dreamy ambient soundscapes, indie-flavoured melancholy, and just enough jazz/fusion complexities and musical turns to give the songs a sparkly sheen without needlessly distracting from their more primal and visceral aspects. Favorite track: dotted.

Mikhail Ivanov After years of hearing these songs at shows I finally have 'em in my player. Dammit, Joey! You're so good! Favorite track: modbossa.

Trianine Some familiar tracks here, with more of a live feel. Some new sounds. A lot to enjoy and reminisce over. Favorite track: ppulr.

I'm a bit late picking up on these guys. Been discovering music retroactively on Data Garden through Spaceship Aloha. That said, I really was delighted to find this album. Instant buy. Can't pick a favorite track, but I will say Hot Plate all the way through Stomper feels like the strongest opening trio of songs that I've heard in awhile on any album. It doesn't hurt that it makes me feel like Mega Man exploring perilous worlds. Dev Bhat
