Having spent 12 years at Harmonic Inc. supporting video encoding, transcoding, and on-prem Kubernetes deployment, Frank is well-versed in the tech that powers live media experiences. At Appear, Frank will be providing technical support to our North American customers, ensuring they get the most out of Appear’s solutions and troubleshooting any issues to keep their systems running smoothly. We were delighted to welcome our long-standing customers, Türksat Uydu Haberleşme Kablo TV ve İşletme A.Ş. and PROFEN to our Oslo HQ this week for three days of training with Tewelde Degefa Assefa, Danche Dimovska, Charlyn Obiso and Alex Whateley and a visit to our factory Hapro Electronics AS.
