It is Whisky Week at Aurora, and that means we have the whole team on-site, working hard to get our next whisky ready! 😁🥃 It's a lot sampling, tasting, and discussing. We're diving deep in the warehouse to plan not only the next release, but the ones coming after that as well.

August may still be on the calendar, but our Master of Aquavit, Gjermund, is already hard at work crafting this year’s Christmas Aquavit recipe. 😊🎄❤️

It's time to harvest our arctic barley! 😁🌾🥃 A warm summer with adequate amounts of rain means an early harvest for our locally grown barley. The conditions have been very good this season, so we're hoping for both high quality and good yields. 😊

Shout-out to our amazing colleague Rūdolfs who's been single handedly keeping production running this summer. From brewing and distilling, to cask filling and shipping, this guy has been busy! 😊🥃💪 And this is the first time we're keeping production fully running all months of the year. The people asked for more whisky, and we're working very hard, or rather Rūdolfs is working hard, to make that happen! 😅🙌
