På dagens innspillsmøte i regi av IKT-Norge, fikk jeg mulighet til å gi helseminister Jan Christian Vestre noen gode råd knyttet til implementering av nasjonal helse- og samhandlingsplan og hva DNV Imatis tenker kan gjøres for å skape en bærekraftig helsetjeneste. Et av hovedpoengene mine var at tempoet må opp! Vi er alle enige om at vi må ruste helsetjenesten for framtiden, men implementering av eksisterende løsninger går for tregt. Det er positivt at helseteknologiordningen skal forsterkes, men vi er opptatt av at den da også må utvides til å inkludere løsninger som effektiviserer arbeidsprosesser og kommunikasjon, både i kommunene og mellom kommune og sykehus. Avslutningsvis trakk jeg fram at vi opplever at ministeren heier på helsenæringen og ønsker den som en aktiv partner! Vi i DNV Imatis er med på laget og skal gi vårt bidrag. Takk til Fredrik Syversen og Accenture som vertskap.

DNV Imatis har skapt svært gode resultater og har forbedret produktiviteten på sykehus med 15-20 % 🚀 I dag samarbeider de med 80% av norske sykehus, et økende antall kommuner og flere sykehus utover våre landegrenser. Gjengen i Porsgrunn leverer innovative programvareløsninger som effektiviserer kommunikasjon og arbeidsflyt på sykehus og i helsevesenet 👨⚕️ Teknologien bidrar til bedre samhandling mellom helsepersonell, pasienter og systemer, noe som fører til tryggere, mer effektive helsetjenester. – Dette handler ikke om at sykepleierne skal få mindre tid sammen med pasienten, det handler om at de skal få brukt tiden på kjerneoppgaver og ikke bruke det på papirarbeid og andre oppgaver som kunne vært løst annerledes, sier VP Nordic Business Anund Rannestad. Etter samarbeid med Helse Sør-Øst har de oppnådd: 🔵 35 % færre som ikke kommer til oppsatt avtale 🔵 83 % av pasientene sjekker inn seg selv ved hjelp av telefon eller en innsjekkingsenhet på sykehuset 🔵 99 % av pasientene betaler selv på egen telefon 🔵 60 % reduksjon i manuelle oppgaver i resepsjonen

Healthcare professionals in hospitals and municipal services can easily collaborate and digitally interact in real time, for example, when coordinating patients ready for discharge. By sharing information throughout the process, safer patient transitions and more efficient workflows are achieved on both sides. This requires only simple actions. We had the opportunity to demonstrate how this works during the Health Industry Day at Nordlandssykehuset HF, as part of Health Innovation Week in Bodø. "We no longer need to search for incomplete information in the electronic message exchange between the hospital and the municipal health service," remarked a satisfied representative from Bodø municipality. State Secretary Ellen Rønning-Arnesen, along with mayors and representatives from the Health Partnership in Lofoten, Vesterålen, and Salten, showed great interest in the demonstration. 🌐Today, on World Cancer Research Day, we want to highlight our contribution by sharing progress in the MyPath_EU project. 🌱The MyPath PROMs app is a new tool designed to help cancer patients communicate more effectively with their healthcare professionals, bringing the patient’s own voice more clearly into the process. Before each appointment, patients answer questions about their wellbeing and symptoms using a smartphone, computer, or tablet. ✍️This information helps healthcare staff prepare for consultations and track the patient’s progress, placing the patient at the centre of care planning. The app’s questions support evidence-based decision support, offering clinicians valuable and time-saving insights before the appointment. ❣️This allows clinicians to spend more time actively engaging with the patient during the consultation, discussing reported health concerns and collaboratively planning the path forward. #WCRD #MyPath #PatientCentredCare
