⚡ Together with our colleagues in Sopra Steria Sweden, we have helped Göteborg Energi explore and understand a rapidly changing market to move toward EaaS - Energy as a Service. The delivery includes service concepts, business models and concept prototypes, leading to a roadmap for offering data-driven services. ⚡ Göteborg Energi is Sweden's largest municipally owned energy company. They sell and distribute electricity, remote heating and cooling, natural gas and broadband. In a changing market landscape, with increasing competition and demand for sustainable operations, they are looking to strengthen their service portfolio and sustainability offering, by harnessing their existing data. A user centric website and a unified content platform for educational services for The Directorate for Higher Education and Skills: ➡ https://lnkd.in/dsztF8Xe 🖥️ To streamline their services, a number of different directorates and organisations related to the educational sector in Norway were combined into one – the Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills. In this process, the new directorate needed to rethink how they communicate with their audiences. 🖥️ Our designers, together with developer colleagues from Sopra Steria Norway, have helped turn 30-ish disconnected websites into consistent communication.
