Frank Emil Moen - CEO and Managing Partner, has over 25 years of experience in leadership. He has been instrumental in establishing the Egersund Energy Hub and driving supply chain and workforce development for the offshore wind industry. Moen is also Director of the board of the Norwegian Centre of Excellence for Offshore Wind (Nasjonalt kompetansesenter for havvind)🌍. Tomine-Alice Hetland Aase - Sales Consultant and Inspector. She played a key role in launching our sales/products department. With 11 years of experience, Tomine brings a wealth of knowledge to ensure safety for our clients. She’s a pro at maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and reliable support for all. 🤝 Emma Adelina - Starting with us as an apprentice, Emma quickly became our Administrator, supporting both the Finance and Marketing departments. She holds degrees in administration and economics and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in economy and administration at Oslo Nye Høyskole. Emma has recently been involved in introducing IOSH Managing Safely for Wind Power in collaboration with ARMSA Academy to the Norwegian market. 🎓💼 Steven Kjørmo - Starting as an Instructor and rising to Training Director, Steven has recently been appointed COO, where he leads with his training and operational expertise. He is now taking an MBA in leadership at University of Stavanger, he’s also deeply involved in expanding our global franchise network, helping to bring our services to international markets. 🌐📈 Stefan Månsson - Our dedicated HSE Instructor with extensive experience in the HSE sector. Stefan is a Nurse and Paramedic, and has worked in acute medicine and leads first aid courses - including enhanced first aid, as well as onsite crises management training, preparing participants to handle emergency situations. He plays a key role in maintaining the highest safety standards at Energy Innovation. 🚑⚠️ Aasmund Nikolaisen - As a Technical Instructor, Aasmund covers a range of fields including , basic technical training, working at heights, sea survival, and boat transfer. With a background in Electronics, he ensures our trainees gain hands-on experience across these diverse areas, equipping them with the practical knowledge needed to excel in their roles. 🛠️🌊🚤 Fredrik Lomeland - Our apprentice, working closely with our instructors, learning and growing in the dynamic environment at Energy Innovation. ⚓ Enhancing Crew Safety 🚤 Delivering GWO Boat Transfer Training for Offshore Wind Projects 👉 Building on Past Success: Energy Innovation is proud to continue our collaboration in improving crew safety onboard cable-laying vessels. We previously provided GWO Boat Transfer training to crews in Stavanger, Norway, in 2022, and recently delivered another round of training onboard a state-of-the-art vessel in Charleston, South Carolina. 🌍🚢 This time, over 80 crew members completed the training, significantly enhancing the safety of their boat transfer operations as they prepare for a new offshore wind farm project. 🌬️🌊 The feedback from the crew has been positive, praising the practical, hands-on approach of our highly skilled instructors. 👷♂️👷♀️ The onboard training allowed us to tailor the sessions to the crew's real-world work environment, making the learning experience even more effective. 🛠️📝 Next week, we are excited to send a third instructor to provide additional training for more of the crew members onboard in Providence, Rhode Island, further ensuring that safety remains the top priority as the project progresses. 📅🚤 We look forward to continuing our role in supporting the offshore wind industry with tailored, effective training solutions. 💪🌱 Did you know that we offer onsite training for GWO courses, crisis management, and more?
