🌍 Global Marketing Team Meetup supported by our Digital Hub This week, our global marketing team gathered for an inspiring and productive two-day event. It was a fantastic blend of strategic discussions, hands-on learning, and cultural connections. We feel incredibly lucky to have such a collaborative and driven team! Here are some highlights: 🏭 Factory Tour We took a deep dive into our Laubach facility! We explored our manufacturing processes, shared business goals, and discussed our impact—from sustainability initiatives to the power of teamwork. Later, we enjoyed some local culture with traditional German food and drinks in Frankfurt. 💡 Strategy & Innovation It was an exciting day focused on future marketing strategies. We discussed the current status of AI in marketing, explored new regional opportunities, and brought our ideas to life with LEGO® Serious Play, strengthening our communication and collaboration. 👥 Customer proximity Through workshops and presentations, we have developed new ways to get even closer to our customers and better understand their needs. 🌱 Sustainability is a key issue for us. In order to better understand the topic and anchor it further in our corporate communications, we received exciting insights from a specialist lecture.
