Gut gedämmt, bestens geschützt – so funktioniert ein Steildach! 💡 Ein #Steildach besteht aus mehreren Funktionsschichten, die zusammen für Schutz, Wärmedämmung und Langlebigkeit sorgen: ✅ Dacheindeckung (Dachziegel, Schiefer, Dachsteine) – schützt das Gebäude vor Regen, Schnee und Witterungseinflüssen. ✅ Regensichere Zusatzmaßnahme (Unterdeckung oder Unterspannbahn) – verhindert das Eindringen von Schlagregen, Flugschnee und Staub. Bei PU-Aufsparrendämmungen ist diese Schicht bereits integriert. ✅ Schutz vor Luftfeuchtigkeit (Dampfbremse) – verhindert, dass Feuchtigkeit aus den Innenräumen in die Konstruktion gelangt und dort Tauwasserschäden verursacht. 📢 Entscheidend für #Energieeffizienz und #Wohnkomfort ist jedoch die Dämmung: PU-Aufsparrendämmungen bieten hervorragenden Wärmeschutz bei schlankem Aufbau.
