Back from Iceland! ✈️ One of our recent highlights is signing a contract with Búlandstindur, a salmon slaughterhouse in Djúpivogur, Iceland. Our Technical Manager, Sigve Lothe, and Senior Field Engineer, Magne Bjerck Reksten, have just returned from Iceland, where they oversaw the installation of our water treatment equipment 💧 🌏The slaughterhouse is now treating bloodwater with our eco-friendly solution NORWAFLOC®, contributing to a sustainable operation. 🎉 Welcome Aboard! 🎉 This week MVW welcomes our newest team member at our Bergen headquarters ❗ José Nicolas Salamanca G is joining us as our new Production and Maintenance employee. Nicolas is a Chemical Engineer from Colombia. He has worked in water treatment in industries such as Oil & Gas and drinking water 💧 In addition to being deeply passionate about improving water treatment processes (his own words 😉), he enjoys soccer, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family ⚽ 👷♂️Nicolas will oversee our production and material handling processes, and ensure that the maintenance of our project equipment consistently meets high standards. Yesterday MVW had the pleasure of attending Vestland på Børs, an annual event hosted by DNB and Bergen Næringsråd 🙋♂️ 📈 At Vestland på Børs, some of the leading companies on Euronext Oslo present their quarterly results, but it's also a chance for new and “up and coming” stock market candidates from Vestland to make themselves known.
