Got 10 minutes? With project templates, that’s all it takes to set up your projects like a pro! 🚀    We asked architects in Scandinavia and the UK how they manage projects so efficiently, and their answer was clear: project templates. ✨ In our recent blog, we reveal how these templates can transform your project management.    Here are some of the top benefits of using project templates:  ⏰Save time: Significantly reduce project setup time so you can focus on the design and delivery.  ✅ Improve work quality: A standardised setup reduces errors and ensures consistency in project delivery.  🤝 Enhance collaboration: Keep your team aligned with a clear structure and well-defined tasks, reducing misunderstandings and boosting teamwork.  💰 Increase financial control: By adding budgets for each phase, you can easily monitor costs and adapt quickly when change arises.   👥Reduce dependency on specific people: Ready-made templates allow anyone on the team to set up projects seamlessly and accurately.    Ready to make project setup easier than ever? Check out the full blog in the comments for more top tips from the experts. 💡 Plus, you can find our FREE downloadable project templates to get you started! 👇

Why a coffee break beats a nap – lessons from our Hanoi-Oslo collaboration!     This month, we had the pleasure of hosting colleagues from our Hanoi office at Milient’s Oslo HQ. Here are some key takeaways from their visit:    ☕ Coffee breaks over naps: In Vietnam, post-lunch naps are the norm, but in Norway, coffee reigns supreme. It was fun to see how quickly everyone adapted to the switch. 👥 Face-to-face = fast solutions: Meeting in person gave us a deeper understanding of how our teams work. We were able to exchange ideas and insights, which has led to improved processes and stronger teamwork.  🤝 From screens to smiles: Working remotely is easier when you know the person on the other side of the screen. By meeting in person, our teams have built lasting relationships, making future collaboration across borders smoother and more personal. 🕓 Time zones to teamwork: Despite the time difference between Hanoi and Oslo, we’ve learned to maximize the 4-5 hour overlap in our workdays. This overlap allows us to coordinate effectively on projects and address urgent matters, proving that time zones don’t have to be a barrier to collaboration!   These experiences remind us why global teamwork is so powerful. We’re excited for more opportunities to strengthen our connections and continue learning from each other!  👉 Curious to learn more about our Hanoi-Oslo collaboration? Head to the comments for the full blog post link!
