Last week, Niklas Bondesson from NoA Consulting and Sebastian Broms from NoA Ignite Sweden spoke at Stockholm Media Week in two different panels, covering the topics of e-commerce and consumer behavior, as well as generative AI in practice.
In the e-commerce panel, Niklas Bondesson concluded: “E-commerce is turning 25 years old, and the birthday party is marked by a tough macroeconomic environment and a massive tech shift. A renewed and necessary focus on profitability, along with the introduction of generative AI, is drastically changing the rules of the game. To stay relevant, e-commerce players must identify their pricing power and pinpoint which competencies they need to recruit and develop to fully leverage the potential of generative AI.”
In the AI panel, Sebastian Broms said: “To stay focused and adapt to the constantly changing tech landscape, speed is more crucial than ever, paired with the ability to test and learn. As consultants selling cutting-edge competencies and solutions, we need to continuously follow developments and ensure that our employees have the right tools to stay ahead of the curve. On the client side, surveys tell us that business leaders mostly view generative AI as an efficiency tool. That’s not wrong, but true magic happens when we apply AI to creative processes and business development.”
A huge thank you to Sveriges Mediebyråer and moderator Claes de Faire for a super inspiring and energizing event!!
