Pilotprosjekt og ny milepæl i lagerteknologi! 📦✨  For over to år siden investerte vi 15 MNOK i OmniMod, og nå kan vi se verdens første anlegg tatt i bruk hos Kitch'n.  Resultatene fra pilotprosjektet? Høyere effektivitet enn forventet, med en imponerende kapasitet på 2500 pakker i timen!  OmniMod integreres med AutoStore og gir fleksibilitet uten fastlåste systemer, noe som gir kundene våre større muligheter til å optimalisere lagrene sine. After an eventful year, with many ups and downs, it was incredible seeing the system running smoothly at Kitch’n’s facility at Bryne. It was specified to run 2000 packages per hour but has already proven to run 2500 packages per hour! With such promising results, we can’t wait to see what more value the system can provide our customers. And the next step is already underway: Ramberg, with an expected deployment within spring 2025! Thank you to the whole OmniMod team, Element Logic®, Kitch'n and our investors for making this milestone possible. Exciting days at OmniMod! 🚀 Since Spring, we’ve had all hands on deck for completing our first customer deployment. This milestone couldn’t have been possible without the support of our investors, and we’re proud to have such dedicated partners on our team. In our ongoing series presenting this year's summer interns, we have reached our final addition to the team this summer. Say hello to Adam Dybwad Sioud! 👋 Adam is a 24-year-old student at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science and will be starting his fifth year this fall. 🎓 At NTNU, he enjoys spending time playing tennis a couple of times a week and being active in the student organization BRAIN NTNU. He has served on the board and was the project manager for BRAIN's Hackathon in 2023. Adam has long been interested in AI and its various aspects, both from a technical and societal perspective. 🤖 He has gained some insight into it through his studies, his previous summer job at Norges Bank, and now he is looking forward to exploring and learning more about how AI is used at OmniMod. In his free time, he enjoys creating, whether it's through his own coding projects, entrepreneurship, or other mediums like painting. 🖥️🎨 "What I am most excited to work on at OmniMod this summer is 2D visualization!" It's great to have you on our team, Adam! We look forward to seeing what you achieve with us this summer. 🚀

OmniMod just got upgraded! On Thursday, our first OmniModule of version 4 arrived at the office 😎 We have been beyond excited for this moment, and finally, they are here. Even though it has turned our office space into a real construction site, we are thrilled to test it out. It might be the middle of summer vacation, but who needs a proper summer vacation anyway, right Tobias Drage Roti? There have been some long hours these past few days, but in the end, it's going to be worth it! Are you eager to see the system in action? Give us a follow and you might 😉

We are continuing our series where we present this year's summer interns, and the next talent in line is... 🥁 Lars Talian S. 👋 Talian is a 24-year-old student from Bærum, currently pursuing a degree in Data Engineering at NTNU Trondheim. He has completed two out of three years of his studies. This year, he has also been the group leader for the Data Engineering team at Revolve NTNU. In this role, he has been deeply involved in developing systems for visualizing sensor data from race cars. 🏎️📊 In his free time, Talian enjoys road cycling 🚴♂️, spending time in the mountains ⛰️, cross-country skiing ⛷️, and swimming in the ocean 🌊. He is also very fond of traveling ✈️ and will actually be heading to Milan for an exchange program this fall! "I am thrilled to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology here at OmniMod. I am especially excited to work on the visualization aspects of our systems," Talian says. It is great to have you on board for the summer, Talian, and we can't wait to see what you will achieve during your time here.  Welcome aboard! 

In June, we had our summer party to celebrate all the achievements so far and show our appreciation to our hard-working team 💪 We started off with some GoKart racing, where Anna Mjønerud Gjestvang proved to be the fastest. Afterward, we enjoyed a nice lunch before heading to the park to continue the summer games. Jørgen Rosager emerged as the overall winner and took home the victory! We then had a BBQ and enjoyed the nice, warm summer weather. We will soon be taking some well-deserved vacation, but this really was the perfect start to the summer and a great way to build our team spirit.
