What an intense couple of weeks it has been. It’s one kind of challenge to move to a new country, and another to do that AND try to build a startup at the same time. Mentally, this has been the hardest thing I’ve put myself through. As someone who used play sports competitively, I was conditioned to put in the work intensively before a season begins. That mindset has been helpful for my journey here. Often what we see as “success” is months, if not years, of hard work and multiple cycles of self doubt. With the emotional journey I’m on, it has really helped to have communities to lean on. 1️⃣ No shortages of free pizza when it comes to an Antler gathering. 2️⃣Attended my first AI Mad Lab Summit this year. Great energy and panel line ups. I really liked that the speakers were mostly startup founders who have been through the ups and downs. 3️⃣ Afterhours Aperitivo at The Conduit Oslo. Reflecting on our Flow & Growth Day at The Conduit Oslo Over 20 of us arrived Saturday morning at The Conduit Oslo — some of us strangers, others with familiar faces, yet all of us carrying the weight of leadership challenges and a longing for more ease, resilience, and flow in our lives. We came with a shared goal: to deepen our impact as leaders without sacrificing our own well-being. Together, we began connecting on a fundamental level, exploring the core human rights of Be, Become, and Belong. These conversations grounded us, reminding us of the deeper purpose in what we do. Through a blend of guided practices and open discussions, we quickly moved from strangers to a connected group, with a growing sense of community and a commitment to co-grow as both humans and leaders. Here are a few highlights from our journey: 🧠 Learning to calm our nervous systems—in just three minutes, we practiced techniques to bring calm, even during high-stress moments.  🔄 Decoding the flow cycle—we learned how to tap into flow on demand, maximizing focus and presence during the workweek.  🗓 Designing an optimal workweek—we crafted a vision for a sustainable structure, built on resilience and long-term success. 💪 Building micro-routines—we started shaping daily practices to become “executive athletes”, aiming for peak performance without burnout. 🤝 Ending in deep connection—we left feeling more aligned with our best selves and a stronger sense of community, ready to support each other in the journey ahead. 🙏 Thank you everyone who joined. I’m deeply grateful for the energy, openness, and commitment each person brought.
