Did you know that: - Setting out to grow the business through a digitally led GTM strategy capturing the global trend toward natural and clean beauty, the team successfully expanded to the Nordics outside of Finland and Sweden and are currently establishing Lumene Group in Germany, Poland and the UK. - Supported by Verdane, Lumene acquired Swedish beauty brand Ida Warg Beauty in 2023, expanding Lumene Group’s product assortment to also include high-quality hair care and self-tan products. - Lumene has pioneered circular and sustainable products since its inception. In 2024, the company launched a revolutionising bio-based jar for its skincare products that brought Lumene Group’s circularity score 62% - over 9x the global average across the economy (7%). - In 2025, Lumene Group welcomed Creades AB as a new minority shareholder bringing new opportunities and resources to support the Group’s growth as it enters a phase of accelerated growth and geographical expansion with the goal of further consolidating the Nordic market position and establishing itself in more European markets. This year's event was packed with insights and learnings as we navigate change in the workplace. We must be AI-ready leaders. - Community Growth in 2025: We explored how to grow together as a community, building on the successes of our HR Day and digital interactions. Today, we are pleased to announce the partial realisation of Verdane's investment in Finnish beauty business Lumene Group, known for its Lumene, Ida Warg and Cutrin brands, to a series of investors led by Creades AB, a Swedish listed investment company. Verdane will remain the majority owner of Lumene Group following the close of the new transaction.
