Collaboration is Key! Last week, our HR Director Ebba Anker visited the Netherlands team to explore how we can strengthen collaboration both within and across teams. After a period of exciting company growth, we are now focusing on coming closer together—building one cohesive company and leveraging the advantages of being a group of 250 people across eight countries. In our busy daily lives, it’s important to take a moment to pause, connect with colleagues, strengthen collaboration, and share some laughs. Through group-wide workshops focused on collaboration, we aim to foster trust, encourage meaningful discussions, and drive creativity and innovation.
