Department Overview

The System Developer for Reporting and Operations is part of the Service design and transition team in Nødnett Operations in Oslo Norway

Job Description

Implement and maintain the contractual KPI reporting requirements from the contract, through self-developed programs and application. Create and maintain a system for regular KPI reporting to the customer. This incorporates data gathering, data verification and validating, data calculation and developing user friendly reports.

Do full stack development of programs and applications for internal departments to help them work more accurate, efficient and to support their planning activities. Interface with internal and external customer to capture new requirements and to plan, test and implement these.

Perform faults investigation, maintenance, backup, system updates and documentation of all applications and tools developed.

Capture, document and maintain the working processes of the team with its inputs and outputs.

  • Database administration
  • Language: MS SQL
  • Tool: Microsoft Sql Management Studio
  • Back-end programming
  • Language: MS .Net (C#) and Java(newer code – Spring, older - EJB)
  • Tool: Microsoft Visual Studio, IntelliJ, Docker, Apache Netbeans
  • Front-end programming
  • Language: Angular, typescript, SA Crystal reports, Javascript ES5 / ES6, html, CSS
  • Tool: Microsoft Visual Studio, IntelliJ, Apache Netbeans

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as full-stack system developer
  • Bachelor degree or similar in Information technology (IT)
  • A security clearance to Norwegian KONFIDENSIELT/CONFIDENTIAL level is required for this position. (Requires Norwegian citizenship or a minimum of 10 years residency in Norway)
