🪔🌸 Happy Laxmi Puja! 🪔🌸 Laxmi Puja is the third and most significant day of the Tihar festival in Nepal, dedicated to honoring Goddess Laxmi, the deity of wealth, prosperity, and fortune. On this day, homes and businesses are cleaned and beautifully decorated with oil lamps, candles, and rangoli (colorful patterns on the ground) to welcome Laxmi and invite abundance and prosperity. People believe that Goddess Laxmi visits homes that are clean, bright, and filled with positive energy, bringing blessings for the year ahead. Families prepare offerings and conduct puja (worship rituals) with prayers for health, wealth, and harmony. As the evening draws in, homes, temples, and streets glow with lights, symbolizing the victory of light over darkness and good fortune over challenges.
