The opportunity to inspire, and to be inspired, is something we're a big fan of at Accordant. That’s why we’re excited to see that LinkedInLocal Auckland is back! A huge thanks to Keri Little and Stuart Little for the energy and effort you put in to this exceptional kick-off event last week – it was a night filled to the brim with positivity. Every person who attended left better off having had the chance to hear what Hamish Brewer had to say. Hamish’s message of positivity and connection is one to share far and wide - “find the people in your life that lift you up and make you better”. Thanks to Gemma Hill for saying a few words on behalf of Accordant, we were proud to have you represent us and it was great to see the others in our Accordant team there in support of the event too - Rachna Singh Laura Murray Louise Sanderson Zainab Ali Lillian F. If you’re Auckland-based and keen to find connection with a community of likeminded people, this could be just the thing.

At our groupwide L&D session yesterday, we had special guest speaker Jehan Casinader live from Accordant's head office and broadcast to over 25 locations, where the rest of our teams JacksonStone & Partners, HOBSON LEAVY, Absolute IT, AWF Limited, Select Recruitment The Work Collective and Madison Recruitment are. There were so many valuable takeaways for how we can consume information more strategically. He talked about optimism being the lifeblood of business, and this reminds us of the positive impact we can have as recruitment partners, particularly when we're serving clients in trying times. There was an audible whoop in the office today - the earlier than expected OCR cut is a burst of positive news! Organisations have been doing it tough with restraints on their staffing plans, and this is a tick of confidence that at last the tide is turning. Whether for immediate or future requirements, we can consult on temporary, contractor, and permanent recruitment services tailored to individual roles, volume needs, or project-based scenarios through our specialists across JacksonStone & Partners, HOBSON LEAVY, Absolute IT, AWF Limited, Select Recruitment and Madison Recruitment. We feel honoured to have a part to play in supporting New Zealand's economic recovery.
