A few weeks ago, I was trying to find out what happened to being able to set an expiry date on sharing files from OneDrive and SharePoint other than when sharing to Anyone. It seemed that the feature had rolled out but rolled back again a short time later. It seems that Microsoft had temporarily disabled this feature to fix an issue associated with it. I am happy to see that this feature has returned.

The answer varies from person to person. Most attending enthusiastically soak up all the information on offer because they have chosen to attend, and generally have no misconceptions. Some are 'sent' to a course, are nervous and think they will never keep up, maybe have to sit an exam at the end of the day and fear it's like going back to school again! I sense who they are and do my best to put them at ease when they arrive over a coffee, or make a point of asking them how they relate what they are learning to their daily work."
