One of the many benefits of hiring a Virtual Administrator is the cost. For small businesses, every dollar counts and you only want to be paying for what you need. Check out this cost comparison provided by the wonderful people at The VA Foundry. It all becomes clear as to why a VA is the best choice for your business!

A virtual administrator is a remote professional who provides administrative support and assistance to self-employed individuals, contractors and small businesses. VA's perform a wide range of tasks traditionally handled by in-house administrative personnel, but with the added flexibility and scalability of remote work. Virtual administrators offer a diverse skill set tailored to meet the specific needs of their clients. Their role extends beyond mere task execution; they serve as proactive partners in streamlining workflows, improving productivity, and enabling clients to focus on core business activities. AdminNow! has many years of experience as a manager and administrator and I can offer you the following services: • Document creation and formatting • Proofreading/Transcription • Payroll Management/HR Support • Financial Administration • Invoicing • Debtors and Creditors • GST and PAYE Returns • Health & Safety Compliance Support • AML Compliance and Process Support • System and process development • Personal/Executive Assistance • All General Administration 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻-𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁? • Virtual administrators work on a freelance basis, so you only pay for the hours you need. • Say goodbye to the expense of having an office and associated fixtures, fittings and technology. Your Virtual Administrator has their own! • Virtual administrators are all about flexibility. Scale up or down as your workload changes – no fuss, no stress. • Reclaim your downtime. Virtual administrators are here to take care of all the nitty-gritty tasks, leaving you free to focus on the big picture stuff that really builds your business. • Communication is key - with virtual administrators, you can collaborate from anywhere in the world. Just hop on a call or shoot them a message, and they'll get it done, no matter where you are. • Whether you are a one-person band or have a team, virtual administrators are the perfect fit. You get all the benefits of an admin assistant without the expense helping you punch above your weight in the business world. In a nutshell, virtual administrators are like having your own personal superhero for all things admin-related. They save you time, money, and stress while supercharging your productivity and helping your business thrive. So, what are you waiting for? Say hello to your missing puzzle piece – AdminNow! Ok, so Nev and Trev aren't the most productive team members of AdminNow! Thankfully Sandra is 100% productive. One of the many benefits of hiring a Virtual Administrator is that you only pay for what you need, there is no downtime, no leave entitlements, no Kiwisaver, no need to provide office space or technology, scale up or down depending on your requirements. So, if you don't want an administrator who lays about on the job reach out to Sandra at adminnow@xtra.co.nz

Founder & Director | Released, Owner & Director | FreeUp, Award Winning NZ VA Agency, Tamer of chaos, Job Management Software obsessed, passionate about systemised, efficient and profitable trade & service businesses.

I’ve been thinking this week about backup plans. So often we put them in place in life, think insurance, emergency contacts etc. but lots of people I’ve been talking to have never put them in place in their business. We had a client last year have quite a major accident which took him completely off the tools for a number of weeks. He’s spent a number of years building a business that can function to some extent without him - bills can be paid, jobs booked and completed, invoices sent etc. So for him, while the business took a hit, it didn’t come to a complete halt but that was because he’d spent time forward planning and future proofing his business. We regularly talk to our clients about having a backup plan and they come in all shapes and sizes, it could be: 👉🏻 a well written set of process documents to enable your wife, partner etc to pick up the basics and keep the lights on 👉🏻 an operations manager and office manager who can each pick up parts of your role 👉🏻 a great VA who can run the office in conjunction with your team 👉🏻 a business buddy (someone who runs a business the same as yours) who could look after your customers if you are a sole trader Backups aren’t just important in the case of emergencies, they also let you take a holiday, attend a conference or simply take a break. I’m interested to know, do you have a backup for yourself in your business and if so what is it? 📷 Taking a day off to celebrate Miss 9’s birthday
