We are proud to close out the year with the news two of our Auckland based Harbour Grounds office assets have achieved impressive new NABERSNZ ratings! Datacom House, has achieved a 5.5 Stars NABERSNZ Base Build Rating, up from 5 Stars last year, whilst neighbouring Fonterra Centre has achieved a 4.5 Stars Base Build Rating, up from 4 Stars. These #exceptionaloutcomes can be attributed to a significant reduction in energy consumption at each asset. Well-done to 151 Property Senior Asset Manager Michael Gillon, Revantage ANZ ESG Manager, Varun Potbhare and the team at ESP for leading the changes.
