Business North Harbour is responsible for managing the North Harbour Business Improvement District (BID), one of the fastest growing commercial industrial estates in Auckland and New Zealand.
Business North Harbour offers its members support through crime prevention and transport management programmes and education, and represents the needs of North Harbour business and property owners to Auckland Council, national government and other key industry and stakeholder organisations. Business North Harbour provides a collective voice to ensure that businesses located within the North Harbour BID have efficient business infrastructure and support, allowing them to maximise individual business growth and productivity.
Business North Harbour hosts business development and networking functions such as the Business Breakfast and After 5 events, plus the bi-annual Business North Harbour Business Expo, to connect local businesses and promote regional growth.
Current membership of Business North Harbour exceeds 4,500 commercial property and business owners. Business sectors represented include education, specialist manufacturing, business services, ICT, legal, finance, retail, distribution and logistics, export and importing, plus many more.

Ajmol is currently Professor of Exercise Science at Massey University. His research spans several themes including paediatric exercise science, supplementation for health, wellness and performance, sport performance, and wellness at work. Ajmol is also Director of Imago Wellness Coaching, collaborating with national and international organisations to provide online, customised wellness coaching to help employees become more productive and lead healthier lives. Away from work Ajmol still continues to play football (albeit at a much slower pace than in his younger years!) and also enjoys coaching his two young children.
