Digital Identity NZ Submission on the Draft Consumer and Product Data Bill Our Policy and Regulatory subcommittee have submitted feedback on the Customer and Product Data (CPD) Bill to the Economic Development, Science, and Innovation Committee. While we support the bill’s goal of enhancing data usage for societal and individual benefit, fostering innovation, and ensuring secure data services, our members have highlighted several concerns and recommendations to strengthen the bill and help achieve its intended outcomes.
