Introducing a member of our behind-the-scenes team, Ted! He lives in Geraldine with our Senior Consultant, Tristan. He’s very cuddly, and wickedly smart! ✅ He’s a two and a half year old tri-colour heading dog (basically a Collie). He met Tristan when a family member re-homed Ted’s sister from a farm, and couldn’t leave Ted behind! Likes: Running… and running… then more running! After all the activity, Ted's favourite thing is probably cuddles on the couch. He's not fussy, he'll take then from anyone! Play facts: Ted is overcoming his fear of water and enjoys bounding about at the local Canterbury rivers. Would you believe it – we like eating! 🍕 And we even have psychometrics to prove it! One of our Reiss Motivation Profile characteristics as a team at the Digital Skills Agency is: high eating! That’s right – we have psychometrics confirming our gourmet tendencies. ✅ According to the RMP, this means we have strong appetites, appreciate good food, and spend lots of time thinking about even more yummy food! This actually makes a lot of sense to us. One of our favourite things to do as a team is eat out together when we meet IRL – particularly since we all work remotely. 🍔 Food gives us time for fun, time for connection round the table, and lots (and lots) of enjoyment. And we have many, many shared stories about great meals we’ve had together. Good food has become a big part of our culture.
