I recently saw a post that was saying that the hiring manager was offering wages that were similar to what the company was paying 5 years ago and the defense that was put forward to the TA team was "we have a good commission scheme" With that in mind what would you prefer? Average Salary and commission, Lower salary but a high commission % or Higher salary and a lower Commission %
