This month, our team and vessels are proud to be getting behind Movember - you may have noticed a few of our ferries are even growing their Mo’s! Movember exists to stop men dying too young by tackling some of the most complex health issues facing men today – mental health, suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Many of our Mo-growers at Fullers360 have been making great mo-gress, and those Moving for Movember are starting to clock up some serious km’s. Recently, we were thrilled to take a group of tamariki, rangatahi and their whānau to Rangitoto Island as part of Sport Auckland’s Active Families program. A massive congratulations to everyone who took part, especially those who pushed themselves up the 260m summit. It was a demanding walk, but a brilliant day on the island and great to see so many smiles at the top! Getting there and back on the ferry was half the fun, with dolphins putting on a show in the Gulf. We look forward to doing it again soon. 🐬 ⛴ #activefamilies #sportauckland #rangitotoisland

Fullers360 is proud to continue supporting Pink Shirt Day to Kōrero Mai, Kōrero Atu, Mauri Tū, Mauri Ora – Speak Up, Stand Together, Stop Bullying.   Pink Shirt Day is acknowledged every year across the country and is all about working together to stop bullying, to celebrate diversity and promote kindness and inclusiveness – something we’re incredibly supportive of, not just today but all year round.   This year, we’re continuing to tautoko this kaupapa by encouraging our people to wear pink in solidarity and to raise awareness for the cause. We’ve also donated $500 to the Mental Health Foundation for continued support to reduce the impact of bullying behaviour and the harm it causes. We’re proud to see our people across all teams taking part! #PinkShirtDayNZ

We commemorate the servicemen and women of past and present, and together remember the sacrifices made by our brave and courageous veterans. Today, all uniformed and retired services personnel with an RSA membership card, as well as SuperGold and Veterans SuperGold cardholders will be able to travel on board our ferries for free. This includes Waiheke Walk-up, Devonport, and Hobsonville/Beach Haven ferry services. Lest we forget. #ANZAC #ANZACDay2024

Meet Sidney, one of our talented Deckhands who joined us last year from South Africa. We’re stoked to have him onboard with us and to learn more about his role within the business. We look forward to seeing Sidney further climb the ranks towards the role of skipper, and settle into his life in Aotearoa.

After several weeks of training, we are thrilled to celebrate our international deckhands receiving their first epaulettes and getting signed off on their first vessel. Starting from Wednesday, they will officially begin their rostered shifts as part of the Fullers360 whānau on the water.   We’d like to thank our marine crew who guided our new starters in their training. We’re incredibly proud of our teams and are excited to see them thrive in their roles and contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional service to our passengers.   #Marine #Crew
