Yesterday, our Auckland office had the privilege of hosting our Head of Health Equity, Deborah Guion, whose insights into J&J's philanthropic efforts across Australia & New Zealand in 2023 were truly inspiring.   From global health equity to local impact, witnessing the tangible differences in our own communities fills us with immense pride.   Here are a few highlights from our session:   - Partnering with Te Rau Ora to support mental health initiatives in the Māori community. - Collaborating with Upside Youth Mentoring to recruit, train, and support new mentors in Mt Wellington & Otahuhu. - Supporting STEM(M) initiatives for Māori children aged 11 to 13, fostering future innovators. - Implementing a single-use device recycling program in 8 participating hospitals, promoting sustainability in healthcare.   As we embark on a new year, we're eager to explore how we can further improve the lives of New Zealanders.
