Kin supports clients with high touch recruitment expertise in a way that is human, commercial, and cost effective.
About us
We are Kin – a new-generation recruiter. Kin was created in 2017, to address a growing demand for a fresh and more modern approach to recruitment. Our team work closely with clients to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes in a way that is thoroughly human and incredibly cost effective. Our pricing model is transparent, based on time and materials so clients can pay-as-they-go. We're proud to say we deliver a better recruitment experience, at around half the cost of a traditional recruitment agency. Early in 2020 we launched Kin's Career Coaching offering; a carefully curated set of four modules designed for individuals going through career transition. Our program helps people understand who they are and what they stand for, and to navigate their way through the complexities of standing out in today's market.
