The Focus Question: "What's the real challenge here for you?" - Getting to the heart of the problem identifying the core issue to address. 4. The Foundation Question: "What do you want?" - Discovers what really truly matters. 5. The Lazy Question: "How can I help?" - Instead of guessing, ask how to assist effectively, which saves you hours! 6.
