Zillow is comfortably the most visited real estate website in the US, averaging well over 200 million unique visitors every month. In September, they announced their new AI powered home search, promising users could search by “simply describing their ideal home, just as they would when talking to a friend.”
For those with existing real estate websites, this innovation had potential to be ominous given Zillow’s high commissions and market dominance.
