We recently had the pleasure of traveling to Christchurch for the New Zealand International Building Expo and Summit (NZIBES) and the gala dinner hosted by the New Zealand Chinese Building Industry Association (NZCBIA). This event was a fantastic opportunity to engage with industry leaders, exchange ideas, and explore the latest innovations in the building sector. The gala dinner was a wonderful celebration of our industry’s accomplishments and a chance to strengthen connections within the community.  A heartfelt thank you to New Zealand Chinese Building Industry Association (NZCBIA) for hosting such a remarkable event. We look forward to applying the insights gained and collaborating with our peers to drive progress in New Zealand’s building industry.

We listened to helpful talks from James Hardie, PlaceMakers, Auckland Council, and the New Zealand Chinese Building Industry Association (NZCBIA) about new products, industry trends, and sustainable building practices. We appreciate our strong partnerships with these leading companies, which help us stay up to date and provide the best for our clients. We were honored to attend the launch of the *2024 Annual Construction Industry Report* at Parliament, hosted by New Zealand’s Minister for Building and Construction, Chris Penk, and the New Zealand Chinese Building Industry Association (NZCBIA). As a founding member of NZCBIA and a key player in the construction industry, we recognize the vast potential within New Zealand’s building sector, especially in residential, commercial, and infrastructure development. The report offers valuable insights into the latest industry trends and future opportunities. For companies like ours, it provides an excellent opportunity to stay informed on market developments and engage with industry leaders to foster further growth in New Zealand’s construction landscape.
